Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

The Service is available to initiated members and invited guests of participating fraternity chapters. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you are an initiated member of the chapter you are joining, or that you have been invited by a current member. False claims of membership may result in immediate account termination.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information during signup and onboarding
• Keeping your profile information reasonably up to date

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Post content that is harassing, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Share another member's personal information outside the platform without their consent
• Post spam, advertisements, or solicitations unrelated to the chapter community
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or features you are not authorized to use
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service

4. Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on the Service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Service to other members of your chapter organization.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to the community. Chapter admins may also moderate content within their organization.

5. Member Directory

The Service includes a member directory populated from chapter records. By completing onboarding and claiming your directory entry, you consent to your name, graduation year, and profile information being visible to other verified members of your chapter. You may control what additional information is visible by editing your profile.

6. AI-Powered Features

The Service includes optional AI-powered features such as directory search and profile import assistance. These features send relevant data to third-party AI providers (Anthropic) for processing. By using these features, you consent to this data processing. You are not required to use AI features to access the core functionality of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if requested by a chapter admin. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Your profile and personal data will be deleted within 30 days
• Content you created may be retained in anonymized form

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy of member-submitted content, job listings, or directory information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BPN Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
